Nestled between wooded wetland buffers front and back on the corner of a cul-de-sac, this home feels like a luxury treehouse hangout. A golf cart/foot path cut-through located directly across the road conveniently leads straight to the beach. Guests also enjoy easy access to the community pool.
The open-concept common areas on the main floor of this home offer a fully-equipped kitchen with 5-stool breakfast bar, dining area with seating for eight, and TV sitting area, plus a furnished porch.
Also on the main floor is one bedroom with queen bed, a full bath in the hallway and a laundry room. The top floor has three more bedrooms.
